As you’ve probably gathered I’m still absent without leave. No idea when I’ll be back. “At some point” is about the best/worst I can offer right at the moment. In the meantime, however, if you’re really missing me that much (which I strongly doubt) I’ve compiled about 250 poems into a book, available from the following address:

Hey!! Just saw this post…I missed it in my reader somehow. Brian….{{gets down on one knee}} PLEASE, PLEASE COME BACK!! You are this bright and shiny star here even though you do not realize it at all. Probably especially because you do not realize it at all!!!
Whatever you do, please do not disappear into oblivion so we can never get in touch with you again. That would just be plain awful.

All the cats are moving back in for the winter, Helen…and for some reason they’ve decided to adopt my computer chair as their nest. My back’s aching because I’m having to type this standing up. Will be back as soon as they’ve delegated themselves to different parts of the house.
